Including You Therapy Services is currently out of network with all medical insurance companies and accepts private pay clients only.
However, this does not mean that your insurance company will not cover some or all service costs. Please call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network occupational therapy and/or speech-language therapy evaluations and treatment session reimbursement.
We are happy to provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement for qualifying therapy services.
RATES & PAYMENT
One-on-One Therapy ~ Occupational, Speech, Feeding Therapy:

Group Therapy:

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept payments in the form of credit/debit card, HSA/FSA card, or cash.

What ages do you work with?
Including You Therapy Services provides speech, occupational, feeding, and group therapy services to the pediatric (0-18 years) and young adult populations.
What is your attendance/cancellation policy?
Including You Therapy Services strives to provide each client with the highest quality of care while accommodating your schedule. Consistent attendance is essential for you and/or your child’s progress in therapy. We understand that unexpected events or illnesses may occur from time to time; however, we request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations if possible. We will attempt to reschedule all missed appointments pending availability on our schedule. Canceled sessions without attempts to reschedule are subject to a fee. Furthermore, frequent cancellations may result in a loss of your appointment time.
Where will services be provided?
We are currently accepting new clients (children, teens, and young adults) for speech, occupational, feeding, and group therapy in North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas. We are a mobile-based outpatient clinic, meaning that we are able to provide services in-home, at daycares/preschools, or other locations within the community.
Do you offer group therapy sessions?
Yes! Including You Therapy Services offers 6-8 week group therapy sessions addressing social skills, feeding, and vocational skills. Group sessions are contingent upon the degree of interest and schedule availability of clients. The number of participants in each group program will vary based on individual needs and the level of attention required. Group sessions are co-led by an Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist. Please inquire for further information.
How often are therapy sessions?
The frequency of speech, occupational, and feeding therapy sessions is determined based on the needs of the client and the therapist's recommendations. Typically one-on-one therapy services are recommended 1-2 times per week and are 45-60 minutes in duration. However, we also provide 30-minute speech, occupational, and feeding therapy sessions at a reduced rate.
